The Space:

Tiny House Big View sits near the quiet suburbs of Boneo, on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne. Hawkes Farm, The Epicurean, and Rosebud Plaza are just a few of the recommended attractions our vacationers enjoy.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Tiny House Big View 2," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the property and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and main farm tracks.



Advisory:



- Please note that the tennis court will be unavailable for the next few months due to resurfacing.

Tiny House Big View by Tiny Away is located in Boneo—a cozy tiny home with close proximity to several natural and local highlights. Discover the Peninsula’s freshest produce at Hawkes Farm, explore native flora and fauna along the scenic trails of Greens Bush National Park, and enjoy easy access to dining and attractions via the nearby Mornington Peninsula Accommodation.



Getting Around:

By car: Driving time from Melbourne CBD is approximately 1 hr 30 mins (100.5 km)



Other Things to Note:

- Mobile reception is good

- Outdoor firepit is not available

- No smoking allowed on the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Keep in mind that there is an electric fence in operation.

- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property

- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- We recommend bringing your own supply of drinking water, especially for longer stays or active days. While complimentary bottled water is provided, tap water is not suitable for drinking, and additional water may be needed beyond what's supplied.



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
