On the whole our stay was okay. But we had issues from the beginning. Our Tv/Foxtel didnt work - took till the next day to resolve.
Needed a luggage stand and did not get one till the next day. Our toilet seat supposedly self close ' slammed shut' . Dust behind the bed head. Plus really disappointingly on checkout your reception lady did not engage with me and never offered ' Thankyou for Staying at Wyndham!!' Generally Disappointed..
good location, basic accommodation. Room was comfortable but had issue with room key not working multiple times and issue with hot water in the room, couldn't have showers at the same time.
The staff were very warm and welcoming. Would have been nice to have written guidance for WiFi and operating the cooling system. Enjoyed time at the roof top pool. Amazing!
Property and service was great; however the 2 single beds were shoved in the room and we couldnât open the door. It wasnât the room I thought I had booked
The apartment was well equipped and clean, although only one cleaning visit in a week. It is an apartment block, not really a hotel, no bar or restaurant. The main downside for us was location. It's in the CBD, but no cafes, bars or restaurants nearby bar one steakhouse. So a good base, but a long walk from any touristy stuff
Booked for two nights in a premiere room, 2bed with a king and two twin beds. Checked in at almost midnight and was given a room on the 6th floor as it was the only one available. After getting the kids settled in the room I realised it was not what we booked (queen bed) and was very dusty. Was too late to pack our things and swap rooms with two young kids and couldn't be bothered complaining. Very small for what I thought would be bigger. Literally a foot to get around the beds and minor bedroom couldn't even fit the suitcase in it. Will not stay again.
