Casa di Gino` is
a lovely vacation apartment by the sea in Melendugno, between Torre
Sant`Andrea and Torre dell`Orso. The house is located within the Torre
Saracena residential complex on the Adriatic Sea. It offers up to 4
beds.
The vacation home is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets on doors and windows, barbecue, TV, ceiling fan blades, parking in the residence. Pets allowed.

The
apartment is located on the second floor, is reached by stairs shared
with other vacation homes, in a complex of cottages in Torre Saracena,
residence that is located halfway between the beautiful marinas of
Melendugno.
Casa
di Ginò features fresh interiors and modern furnishings. The entrance
is into a large living room where there is an open kitchen, dining room
and 1 sofa bed for 2 people.
A
hallway leads from the living room to the double bedroom and full
shower room. Also available to guests is an exclusive covered veranda,
furnished with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining.

The vacation home is located in Torre Saracena, a residence on the Adriatic Sea near the marinas of Melendugno. The complex is halfway between Torre dell`Orso which is only 2 km away and where all the main commercial and tourist services are located, and Torre Sant`Andrea famous for its beautiful stacks, only 1.5 km away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
