Bed linens and towels cannot be provided. The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But you will find in the kitchen all the utensils you need to cook and eat.



Located in front of the sea and a few steps from the beach of Torre dell'Orso, the villa can accommodate up to 9 people. The bright and spacious property consists of a living room with two sofa beds (one double and one single), a kitchenette and a fireplace, a sitting area, 2 double bedrooms and an outbuilding with a bathroom overlooking the back of the house, where there is also an indoor parking area for two cars. The furniture is of high quality, elegant and modern. Air conditioning is available in the living room and one of the bedrooms.



On the upper floor there is a large furnished terrace that gives a fantastic view of the sea of Torre dell'Orso, which from the top of its cliffs allows a glimpse of the beach in the background. The sandy bay is 460 meters away.

The annexe has a double sofa bed and a second bathroom.



The terrace can be enjoyed thanks to the deckchairs, stone seats and a convenient barbecue.



Situated between the independent outbuilding and the main house you can relax in a small garden with a convenient shower and a table equipped with an umbrella and chairs for outdoor meals; but also in front of the house there is plenty of space and you can sit and enjoy the cool evening sea breeze, watching passers-by walk along the seafront of this charming stretch of the Adriatic coast of Salento.
