holiday homes only 10 meters away from a beautiful beach. The apartments
are reachable from the driveway leading to the parking area by the
pertinent apartment. The holiday homes are introduced by a furnished porch with dining table.
The rooms are basic but cozy and bright and consist of a living room with air conditioning, kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed and dining table. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area which consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning and access to a small porch and a full bathroom.

Residence Solaris is a lovely and comfortable complex of 26 apartments for holidays in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, near Melendugno. The complex is only 10 meters away from the beaches.
It consists of one-bedroom apartments for 4 guests and two-bedroom apartments for 6 guests, on four floors, equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, tv, internet.
The beach is accessible by just crossing the provincial street in front of the complex.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Pool opening from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
