June Ville Villa is made up of 3 self-contained apartments and is situated in one of the most sought-after areas in Mellieha - a tourist village in the northern part of Malta, known as the area of Santa Maria Estate, and located in a cul de sac. The property is comprised of spacious rooms, which are furnished with modern and of excellent quality, and is fully equipped with domestic requirements. The Villa offers 5 bedrooms, can be rented as a whole as private accommodating for 10 to 13 persons or as an individual unit for a family /friend of 4 /5 persons or couples. The swimming pool is shared only with 2 other apartments rented only and exclusively to residents holidaymakers, Prices are quoted for the 1 bedroom unit for 2 persons. For the 2 bedroom unit for 4 persons there will be an additional charge of Euro 160 for a whole week for an extra bed/person, Infants under 2 years will not be charged and baby cots and high chair is provided with no extra cost.
All rooms are spacious and design with calming colours with Air conditioning(payable separately according to usage) in all bedrooms, bed linen and bath towels are provided, and changed after a week of your stay. WiFi, TV, washing machine, safe deposit box are also available, at no additional cost.
The apartments are on the same level as the swimming pool together with the children’s pool, the pool measure 950 x 500 cm Depth 187 children pool 270 x 270 cm depth 55 cm.
The property is surrounded by a garden with olive trees and citrus and palm trees a lovely gazebo, and a charcoal BBQ. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and garden furniture for guest who prefers to dine and chill out with a glass of wine.
Parking is available on street near the villa with out any fees

The owner can be reached at any time if any problem accords,

Beautiful and perfectly relaxing! The area was stunning, small walk into the village which was great. Melita welcomed us and was on hand for any information, help etc that we needed. The accommodation and pool area were fantastic, just what we needed for the week in Malta. We’ll most definitely return to see more of Malta.

The villa was in a good location, nice and clean and the pool was lovely. It was very convenient for the shops and restaurants, and the sea was only a short bus ride away. Public transport is good and Uber and Bolt make it easy to get around without hiring a car. Melita, the host was on hand if needed and happy to help. For us the beds could have been comfier, but all in all it was a good place for a family holiday.

Thank you for our stay, your property was the perfect base for exploring the island. The milk in the fridge on arrival was perfect for our little boy arriving late and wanting to go straight to bed and your extremely kind loan of a car seat saved the day when our car hire company let us down. Amazing Holiday

From the first moment we booked this property we had communication from Melita who was fantastic. The property was super clean comfy beds, pool area beautiful. The villa is only a 10 minute walk up to the shops and restaurants in Melliaha. Melita was on hand for anything we needed or wanted to know about the local area. So happy we decided to stay in this immaculately clean, well appointed apartment. Beds are very comfortable with a choice of pillows to suit all. This was the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in! It's located in a very quiet residential area, yet a short walk away from a supermarket, shops, pubs and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals. Our teenage kids adored the pool area! The owners, who live on the first floor of the property, were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful - without being "in your face". We recommend Melita's place wholeheartedly!

We have just returned after 2 weeks staying at this apartment which was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Melita and Godfrey were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The apartment was fitted out really well and had everything that you could need and the pool was perfect.The only caveat I would make is that access to/from the apartment is down a steep slope although steps have also been added, so not great for people with lesser mobility but this did not detract from the overall experience. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked for next year’

Wonderful time in perfect location

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the unique feature of being able to jump "directly" into the pool from the apartment was simply amazing. Communication with our host Melita, both before and during our stay, was excellent. Any questions or issues we had were promptly addressed, allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our time in Malta. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Malta. The apartment's location makes it easy to reach any attraction on the main island within a 40-minute drive, and there are beautiful beaches nearby, such as our favorite, Riviera Beach. Additionally, the ferry to the other islands is only a 15-minute drive away. A big thank you to our host, Melita, for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time in her apartment.

110 Percent.Melita lives over the apartments and was always on hand to help/advise on where to eat and what to do. Spotlessly clean with the essentials on hand from the get go. Really quiet area and a short walk to the local shops and supermarket.Would recommend a hire car. Pool was quiet and very well kept and it was all ours most days. Melita looked after the disposal of our kaput suitcase and the recycling of waste is very well managed. Would thoroughly recommend staying here as a couple or even with the kids.We were over for a wedding so it was a kid free event this round. Thank you so much for your hospitality....the Irish have a few lessons to learn that the Maltese can teach us.

logement parfait pour une semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une excellent semaine. melita a été très accueillante et pleine de bons conseils. la maison est idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel avec des facilités pour se garer et offre 3 appartements. nous avions celui face à la piscine avec 2 chambres (idéale famille avec 3 enfants). l’appartement était vraiment propre et bien équipé ( lave linge commun ) . piscine, barbecue pour passer une bonne semaine. meliha est situé au nord de l’île ce qui est idéal pour l’accès aux quelques belles plages de malte mais aussi pres du port pour accéder à gozo. il y a supermarché et commerces à proximité. nous recommandons donc ce logement sans hésiter .

Très bon séjour au calme

Très bon accueil de Melita . Appartement spacieux et très propre. Bien équipé ..en plus barbecue et lave linge. Belle terrasse avec coin ombragé pour manger dehors à toutes les heures. Jolie piscine. On peut se garer devant la maison aussi.
