I enjoyed staying at this property extremely! It was clean comfortable and relaxing I had stayed for Christmas and it was close to my family great geataway for some peace as we all know the holidays are exciting but overwhelming. The owners were very nice and communicated extremely well. The only thing i didnt care for was the steps they were very narrow. But other than that that it was perfect! If you want to stay in a good location with peace this is definitely a good spot! I am an extremely picky person and give it a 10 out of 10! Next time I go to Memphis this is my pick!

This unit is absolutely not described properly. It is not in good shape. The pictures are not correct. You have to pass through main bedroom to get to bathroom. Doors do not close to main bedroom. Tv is very small. Not what is in the pictures. Plaster falling off the walls. Blinds falling down. One pan to use. Very rustic. Please dont book this is you want any kind of privacy in your bedroom. Front bedroom is a small little twin bed. To get to bathroom you must go through main living room and then through the main bedroom. Not acceptable in most cases. That is not explained in the listing so buyer beware. I found out the hard way. Had female co worker with thinking we would be ok but not so much. Beds are not comfortable either. Very thin mattress. Kitchen supplies are limited. Great location however. Old pictures. Definitely showing heavy wear now.

Intimate!

Overall my impression of the property was historic. The vibe was plenty history is in the area. The pics were on point so no complaints there. Very cozy and small space but it'll work. Downside were utensils(no can or bottle opener) and cookware(skillets, pans). A 2nd check on the frigerator on cleanliness wouldn't have hurt either.
