Ms. Jackie, Jay and Ms. Kimberly have the best customer service!! But all the staff was amazing. The hotel was excellent clean and secure! I travel to Memphis every year and have stayed in other establishments they I have returned to, but the atmosphere and the customer service here has won my family and I over this will be our destination hotel See yall next year😊

My family and I had a wonderful stay this past weekend. We stayed in the 1 bed king suite. I love that the sitting area were seperate with a door for the bedroom. With a toddler we need the space for him to explore safely. Love that the sink and toilet/shower were seperated. Very spacious for the 3 of us. Would definitely recommend Drury for future hotel stays. I bring a sanitization bag for hotel stays and this room was pretty clean though we also sleep on disposable sheets and we wipe/clorox everything we touch. I truly enjoyed my stay here, very comfortable and satisfied customer 😊

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. The staff gave us a different room immediately. They even brought us the key up to our floor and made sure the new room was fine!!
