The room was clean. Parking was easy. My family and I felt safe. The clerk wasn’t friendly. She was very short when I had questions. Maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that the stay was fine.

Mold in the bathroom, tv didn’t work and there were no sheets or pillows for the pull-out sofa bed. When leaving, a note was left at the front desk for the manager, who never called or anything. Would not recommend.

Customer service was not good. Housekeeping did not clean my room once. Since I been there and I was there 4 days. When I spoke to the front desk, they assured that they will clean my room, when I came back it was still not clean. The next day I ask the same thing to one of the house lees on the floor they told me my room was not on their list. The next day I went to the front desk, the clerk said on the housekeeper checklist it stated she cleaned it. I been in the business 25+ years to know that my room was not cleaned, I was told they don’t make beds in the guest rooms? I understand not changing the sheets on the 3rd day or when requested. But instead of apologizing and getting it cleaned and follow up to check would have been great. I paid 600.00 plus some change to stay there.

Female at desk during night shift was unpleasant and usually not at the desk. The card in the room states room refresh will occur on your second night of stay. By night three we still hadn’t had our room cleaned. The lady at the desk said we needed to call to request it - I let her know that’s not what the card in the room said, otherwise I would have done so. I asked for additional towels and she told me she couldn’t give me any until I brought down my dirty ones. When I explained this should have been done by housekeeping, she told me housekeeping was not there at night (obviously). I went back to my room, grabbed all my dirty towels and brought them down to the front desk and she finally gave me new ones. The front desk male the next morning apologized for the misinformation and stated housekeeping is not available on Sundays and assured our room would be cleaned that day (Monday) and it was. Everything else was a pleasant experience!

Arrived. Parking lot blocked by Semi Tractor Trailer for west exit of parking lot. I was pulling a car trailer and had to drive over curb to get turned around Receptionist indicated that Semi driver had special authorization to park there. Went to front desk and checked in. Room key did not work on assigned room. After returning to front desk and reprogramming key,I went back to the room. Room was not clean, bottles of beer sitting on floor. Bedding and bathroom not cleaned or serviced. Returned to front desk. Clerk apologized for messy room and assigned me a different room. Went to that room and keys would not work. Again returned to front desk and receptionist reprogrammed the keys for the new room. I have stayed at this location before. Never experienced this poor of service on previous visit. Definitely, will not return.
