I have never been to Memphis so I wanted to stay in a hotel within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff at the desk was so great. He told me where to go and was so sweet when we returned wanting to know if we enjoyed the places he suggested. What a fun night in Memphis!

We had no issues with the hotel itself. The area around is under going work as buildings are gutted and boarded. The only problem we had was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom caused some water and debris to fall. The night clerk Keenan did an amazing job of getting us moved into a new room.

We did not have our roomed services, if we wanted clean towels we where told to come to the desk and get them and when we did they didn't have them, no coffe supplies after the first day. The front desk young man was very rude. they closed the pool for a private pool party. that was loud and they were where smoking pot. When asked about the party we where told we could buy a ticket to join the party. This was the worst experiance I have had a a hotel in Memphis

Fair hotel

The hotel reception was bright & modern. The room we stayed in was large with 2 beds & opposite the pool, which was lovely. No breakfast on offer but small cafe next door - no discount offered. The small shop had nothing in it but when we were checking out after 3 days they were restocking it!
