All hotel staff persons I encountered were friendly and professional. The king junior suite was clean and very spacious, with a separate sitting area inclusive of a television and wet bar. Although my guest and I were unable to experience the rooftop on this stay, we have in the past and very much so enjoyed it. The HuHotel is one of our top choices whenever looking to stay in the downtown area.

The weather was great. I enjoyed the location of the hotel. You do have to pay for parking for the hotel and basically thru out Memphis, Tennessee.

I liked the theme of the boutique hotel, it was kind of art deco, but it was a bit run down. Carpets very worn. On two occasions, someone opened my room door and started to walk in without knocking. Very disconcerting! If I had been changing clothes or in the shower, I would have felt very unsafe!!!

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels, I was eager to experience this establishment in downtown Memphis, given its proximity to Beale Street and several appealing restaurants. However, I must advise against purchasing their $10.00 breakfast; in my experience, hotels charging significantly less have provided far superior breakfast options. The eggs were cold, the sausage was of low quality, and the potatoes were undercooked. The orange juice, however, was excellent. The rooms were adequate. While I would not personally choose to stay there again, this is merely my personal opinion. The customer service was exceptional; every staff member I encountered was delightful and helpful. The rooftop bar is a highlight, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The bartenders were skilled, and the drinks were delicious. I would rate my stay a 6 out of 10.

Needs updating. Breakfast is the same each day. Dont pay for breakfast via booking. Pay each day, since Hotels.com will not refund. We wasted $30, bc we prepaid for b.f. overall staff was AMAZING, we had a junior suite with incredible view. I would go back just for the junior suite and parking. The app wont let me upload photos, this is another reason im ditching hotels.com

Loved the art deco/industrial touches to hotel. Lovely building. Nice to have a roof bar but was too cold outside when we were there and too busy inside! Clean but not spotless. Lovely helpful staff. We had a view of a wall from our room so you may want to ask for a view. Walking distance to Beale Street. Felt safe enough but obviously be aware in any city. Breakfast was very basic but good price. Shame no coffee facilities in room as complementary coffee in lounge had to be got and taken up by yourself to your room (a bit of hassle) and was only until 3pm so at end of a day exploring no coffee or drinks available in hotel! On site maintenance man Mr Dunny was there in a flash both times we needed him and fixed small issues immediately.

We tried to purchase bottled water and was told to use the Walgreens across the street. Overwhelming smell of marijuana in the lobby and in our room. The lobby check in was very uncomfortable and like a hangout.
