The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was outstanding; different hot items each day. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was great. All-in-all, a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Memphis/Germantown. Will certainly stay there again on a return trip.

Staff, parking, and breakfast were great! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would like to point out that the room we stayed in the hotel the door had a latch missing. It was completely taken out of the door frame. Other than that it was great!
