The carpets in our room was disgusting. Was charged 100 pet cleaning fee but yet my kids feet were BLACK after walking around barefoot on the carpet. For the price of the hotel and the condition it was in made no sense. Very similar to a motel 6 in smell and cleanliness

The check-in was delayed for computer reasons, the staff was very apologetic. I left before breakfast was served. Luckily I was awake at 5:00 am when the hotel called to tell me there wasn't a room for me that night. When I explained I was already in a room, he apologized. The room was good sized and clean.

Elevators smelled bad. Air/heating didn’t work! Toilet seat was broken. Maintenance came to room. Didn’t fix anything. Said our hotel is full. Wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just more or less deal with it. Couch and carpet in room had stains on it. Their rooms need updated. I also didn’t feel safe in the area.
