Adequate but will not be returning.

Outside of property terrible. Bins overflowing, access to parking poor and difficult to find. Front path unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Inside adequate and mostly clean but bathroom needs updating. Shower also difficult to use for anyone mobility issues. Whole house smells as if someone has been smoking illegal substances.

Exterior was a little worrisome....appeared dirty with bars on windows and sidewalk somewhat crumbled. However, interior was nice and clean and was exactly as advertised...very comfortable. Would stay again

Immaculately clean and well located

This is a very nice apartment and was just perfect for the two of us. I think it would be a little tight for four people. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but everything is well lit. Reasonable access to everywhere we wanted to go. Beale Street was within 1-2 miles. Apartment was very clean. Wi-Fi was excellent.

Great place and price.

Overall, everything was great with the exception of the towels not looking too clean and the fitted sheets and comforter had hair and dark stains on them. We went and bought towels and sheets placed over the ones there. The coffee maker didn’t work but had everything else there incase you wanted to cook.

Outside pictures

I think pictures should be taken of the outside as well as the inside. When I pulled up to the place I wanted to turn around and go back home, but I have driven 4 hours. The steps are all broken up. The next door neighbors are creepy. When one book a home to stay in on vacation it’s supposed to be like home away from home. The kitchen can be a little more stocked. The second bedroom could use a TV. The dinner table isn’t steady, so we had to eat on the couch with our plates in our lap.

Grammie’s Getaway

This place was so perfect for my daughter and I. We cooked, watched movies and sightseeing with the brochures that were at apt. The host was very accommodating. Loved the neighborhood with the Victorian homes and tree lined streets. Definitely rebooking when I return. The previous reviewer gave a malicious review that stressed me out prior to arrival but thankfully it was not true.😁

Highly disappointed

We were highly disappointed. My wife and sister in law were afraid to stay here: Garbage on the front Blvd; sidewalk crumbling; bushes in front of building dying; metal bars on all windows and four locks on two metal entrance doors giving a clear message you are not in a safe neighborhood! Dilapidated, stalled cars up and down the dirty street. The inside was neat but air was stale. It took us two minutes to decide to leave and go get a hotel. This is false advertising to be sure. I’m working on getting reimbursed. If I don’t I will lose my trust for VRBO. (I took pictures to prove I’m not making this up.)
