The person at the desk wss new. Wecallthe front desk snd no one answered so I went the front desk and asked
For a wake up call He told me he didn’t know how to do that
He said he would leave a note for the person coming at 11pm. At 11pm we were asleep and wake from a call from the front drsk. My husband told him we wanted a wake up call at 5am. We were also given a handcap room. At brrakfast we both st cersl and when we took onr bitebwe realized the milk was spoiled. I told the person at the front desk and he cleaned the container and refilled it. They also charged me a $100 deposit. When I checked out I asked if that would be taken off my crrdit card and I was told it could take up tp 5 days. In the pass it was tsken off right away. The person at the front desk when we arrived was hard to understand.He was not helpful.
