Thank you for looking at the Bluff City Blues Pad! Location? Can’t get any better! Two blocks from Beale! Walk everywhere and free private garage parking!! Private garage with an iron gate in addition to protecting the garage and an iron gate in front of the front door for protection
 what more can you ask for?? No paying for parking and additional protection both ways!! The Bluff City Blues Pad is our bluesy themed townhome with the perfect Memphis vibe to experience the mid south whether it’s for a day or a week. Our home is in a premiere location for accessing everything- sporting events at the FedEx Forum and AutoZone Park, historic Beale Street, the amazing views and shopping experience at Bass Pro Shops @ The Pyramid, the beautifully lit bridge, many local art galleries, unique tasty restaurants, pubs, fun groovy discos, lively sports bars and a myriad of other entertainment venues. Most places to go downtown are within walking distance or a short trolley ride away, which stops just in front of the townhome!

I can meet you at the home or you can remotely check-in with your unique codes. The large two-car garage has direct access into the first of four levels to include a furnished roof-top deck with a beverage cooler just inside the door for easy access for your favorite drinks. The private roof top features a city skyline view with lighting and does allow smoking. An additional ice maker is provided on the lower level if you are planning to attend one of Memphis’s famous outdoor concerts that allow coolers!

The kitchen is supplied with brand new kitchen essentials as of 2021 in addition to what was present before- ex. Instapot, griddle, air fryer, utensils, gadgets, pots, and baking ware. This includes some infant and toddler supplies! Just ask if you want to know if something specific is supplied! Both a Keurig and coffee pot is provided, as well as a variety of coffee and tea to get your day started or wind down the night!

Basic linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee for a couple of days are provided as a bonus! I am happy to provide extras if requested, for a small fee.

A binder and various books are provided of many things to do in and around Memphis.

The townhome features a small enclosed front porch with a wrought iron entry gate, a living room that includes a large sectional queen sleeper sofa, a separate dining area, and a bar opening into the fully equipped kitchen that is plenty big enough to make a quick meal. It also includes complimentary coffee and an InstaPot and air fryer just in case you are used to those appliances and want to eat a meal or two and feel at home. The living room and master bedroom is equipped with wireless internet and flat screen TVs as well as a DVD player, books, and some games!
**Living room has a new 65” tv!**

The master bedroom has a king bed with an armoire with drawers and a TV. The extremely large walk-in closet off the master bath has a full size futon inside it which will sleep one adult or two children comfortably.

The master bath features a jacuzzi tub as well as a separate full-size shower and double vanity area.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and two closets. The bathroom is a full bath with the sink area accessed solely from the second bedroom.

The residents and visitors in this area are some of the friendliest, most fun-loving people you will ever encounter. It is a very safe area in the middle of an entertainment mecca.

I am happy to make your stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible! I look forward to your visit. I will also add that furniture and decor may be slightly different than in the pictures but will only be an upgrade as to what you see. Was good size for three friends. Host followed up after check-in to make sure no issues. Easily walkable to Beale St, great coffee shops, restaurants, and even the Civil Rights Museum. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing with friends.

We have stayed at this property before and had a great experience. This time was no exception. The property wsa clean, homey, safe and gave us easy access to both Beale Street and the River Arts Fest. Parking is very secure, in a gated garage underneath the building. The area is up and coming, with many new or renovated buildings, and we explored several nearby new-to-us establishments and were very plesaed. We never had to use our vehicle; we walked to everything we wanted to do. The townhouse has lovely new flooring in the bedrooms this year. Everything was easy to use. We will be back to Kaci's place!

Parking was through a locked gate controlled by keypad which led to a below building garage with automatic door and an entrance to the apartment. Could not have been better or safer.The location was terrific. Very close yet far enough to be quite.

The location of the property couldn't have been better, within walking distance of the best of Memphis dining location and music venues. We really enjoyed being across the street from one of Memphis oldest tavern, The Green Beatle, the staff and Manager Mike made this place our main watering hole! The property was clean and had many added amenities that made our trip memorable.

Memphis townhouse

Great place really nice and has a garage for your car. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and entertainment. Very beautiful place with 2 full baths and a half bath. Also a rooftop deck which was great. Walking distance to staduim to watch Thunder vs Grizzles game. Thunder won which was great. GO OKC thunder!!!

The property,everything inside was nasty carpet, rails, Washer mildew inside They said Four bedrooms it was only two bedrooms, third bedroom was inside A closet which was in the bathroom and Master bedroom while talk to agent About the unit Someone tried to enter unit By using the code door unlocked Someone was trying to come inside call police, Unit was unsafe,Only there for 2 hour and had to leave. couldn’t get money back fighting it right now didn’t stay and couldn’t get my money back refunded

The house had dirty carpet, roof top deck was in poor condition, garage was a total mess, kitchen drawers were filled with clutter and unnecessary waste, hot water tank was not working-however after our second night was repaired, pillows in main room are extremely dated, but in general the main room was nice!

Blue Street

The property is in an excellent location for enjoying all that Beale Street and Memphis have to offer. All venues with the exception of Graceland were with in easy walking distance. This property is NOT a 4 bedroom facility. It IS a two bedroom with a sleeping bed in the Master Bedroom closet. Cleanliness was ok not great! Property Manager was very responsive.
