I love the property. Very clean and the pool is phenomenal. I did not particularly enjoyed the food. The drinks were overpriced ( 20 dollars for 1 piña colada). The room service was ok

Reviews were great so we choices to stay here. Just passing through and didn’t have time for Graceland tour so thought the hotel would be fun. It was dirty and worn. It was probably very nice when first opened in 2016.

The room was a well-appointed king with a coutyard view on the 3rd floor. I checked in just before 3 and my room was ready! It was clean, looked fairly new, but I did notice some minor discolorations around the bathroom fixture and a spot of peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. The shower was walk-in, with plenty of hot water, thick glass enclosures, and an additional rain showerhead. This was a pleasant surprise! The TV was plenty big for the room, which included a closet, a dresser, a mini-fridge, and a built in desk. There was also an oversized sitting chair with an ottoman. The pillows, sheets, and bed were all comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn't need much from them, but when I did, they were nice.

We stayed here 1 night so we were close to Graceland for our visit. From the valet parking to to checkout our experience was wonderful. Great dining options. Fun outdoor activities. I didn’t need to leave the property for anything. The next day we walked to Graceland (they do offer a free shuttle) and the allowed us to keep our car there after checkout while we toured.

Overall it was fantastic! The bad-need more instruction on parking, need more space for bath room essentials nowhere for your shower products, need more trays and towel bars or shelves. Very clean and good food!

We enjoyed walking around the grounds, the pool, sitting on the patio, attending the evening Elvis movie in the large theater, the restaurants, and the coffee shop. Our room was lovely!
