We were initially nervous as we’ve heard this area can be dangerous . We were happily surprised to find it felt safe and there was a lot of police presence and security present. Area was fun with a lot of great restraints and bars within walking distance. Looking forward to returning and doing more exploring

The hotel is in a great area. The prices of parking and food is outrages. The restaurant and bar close early. The only way to park is by valet.

We got to the hotel at 3:30pm and our room wasn't ready until 7:45pm. Ridiculous that they were unprepared for the influx of people on Saturday game night! The staff were very nice but no accommodations were made. For what I paid for 2 rooms, we could've stayed somewhere cheaper and been accommodated. My family had to change clothes for the game in the common bathroom and didn't get to shower or freshen up before the Grizzlies game. I missed the game and waited for our room so we wouldnt have to mess with it when the game was over. Incredibly inconvenient.
