Welcome to Bellavista Sol! Located on the North side of the island, this whitewashed property sits in an ideal spot in the resort of Arenal d'en Castell. With local bars, restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away, this stunning property is great for those who don't want to hire a car. The nearby sandy beach is only 200m away and makes for a superb day out with friends and family. Catch a glimpse of boats sailing along the horizon as you top up your tan, or enjoy a spot of snorkelling amongst the Balaeric sealife. 
For lazy days by the pool, then look no further. Bellavista Sol boasts a gorgeous terracotta terrace with a 5x3m pool and sporting magnificent sea views. For alfresco lunches, the upper terrace is an ideal spot as you'll be in awe of the panoramic sea views. On a sunny day, with blue skies and calm waters, you can't ask for a much better view.  A tiled table and brick-built BBQ are great for light lunches as you watch the world go by.
You enter the property on the ground floor. On this floor, you'll find a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a family bathroom. All three bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, including one double and two twin rooms, all with cool air conditioning. For larger groups, Bellavista Sol can be booked alongside its adjoining villa Bellavista Mar.
