The house is air conditioned to ensure comfort in the warmer months. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious bedrooms are each decorated with their own character. The exterior is also charming, with a garden, a private swimming pool and garden area ideal for enjoying the summer evenings. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas of the island. It has all the services and entertainments. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bicycle rental, chemist, public transport, etc.
It also has a magnificent golf course which also has a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, its length is more than 200 metres of fine sand, and its crystal clear and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
Just 9 km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats as well as try its famous lobster stews.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay
