The Space:

Casa Damiana is a spacious and bright two-story residence that blends elegance with the charm of Yucatecan style. It features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a front terrace, pool area, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, indoor living area, and a lovely garden.



The front terrace offers a warm welcome — a perfect spot to unwind on comfortable sofas and hammocks while enjoying the breeze and the view of Parque de las Américas.



The master bedroom is spacious and bright, featuring a king-size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, Smart TV, terrace with park view, safe, closet, desk, and natural wood details.



The second bedroom, upstairs, includes a queen-size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, Smart TV, large windows with natural light, wardrobe, and safe.



The third upstairs bedroom offers a double bed, large private bathroom, air conditioning, Smart TV, wardrobe, and safe.



On the ground floor, the fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, and easy access to the common areas. It also includes a vanity with drawers.



The living room is bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas, a sofa bed, and large windows for natural ventilation. The dining area seats up to eight guests and connects to the modern kitchen equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, capsule and drip coffee makers, dishwasher, blender, microwave, and complete tableware.



The pool area is one of Casa Damiana’s highlights — surrounded by lush greenery, furnished with outdoor seating and lounge chairs, and featuring a charcoal grill, it’s the perfect space to relax and enjoy outdoor living.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to all indoor and outdoor areas, including the private pool, garden, terraces, and grill area.

The Neighborhood:

Facing Parque de las Américas, Casa Damiana is set in one of Mérida’s most traditional and peaceful neighborhoods. The park is a local favorite, perfect for evening walks or enjoying a coffee and pastry nearby. Within walking distance you’ll find bakeries, cafés, and restaurants serving authentic Yucatecan cuisine.



Getting Around:

Paseo de Montejo is just an 8-minute drive away or a pleasant 25-minute walk along Avenida Colón. The historic center is 10 minutes by car, home to museums, galleries, and local markets.

Transportation is convenient — taxis, Uber, Didi, and local buses are all readily available.



Other Things to Note:

House rules – Casa Damiana Children and events: Suitable for children aged 2 to 12. Events or parties are permitted, provided advance notice is given. Respect for staff: Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incidents on the property. Noise and music: After 10:00 p.m., please keep noise levels to a minimum; loud music is not permitted. Guests and visitors: Do not exceed the number of guests specified in the reservation. Visitors are only allowed if notified in advance. Common areas and cleaning: Do not climb on the couches with shoes on. Do not bring food into the rooms or eat at the pool. It is recommended to use plastic cups in the pool area to avoid accidents. Keep doors and windows closed when turning on the air conditioning and turn it off when leaving the house. Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets Small or medium-sized dogs are allowed (max. 2 per reservation), always with prior authorization. Pets must be supervised at all times and cannot be left alone inside the house or in the pool area for extended periods of time. It is the guest's responsibility to pick up their pet's waste and dispose of it in closed bags. Pool and outdoor area Glass, bottles, or cups are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents. Do not run or jump from the edges of the pool. It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.

Check-in: From 3:00 pm Check-out: before 11:00 am Do not throw waste or cigarette butts in the garden, pool, or common areas. Keep doors and windows closed when leaving and turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
