This stay was amazing!!! We were able to walk everywhere. This hotel is in the heart is downtown. Definitely recommend! Everyone is out late but honestly, it’s not as noisy as we thought! Stay here !!!

Helpful staff and great breakfast. Only issue I had was parking. The hotel is located on a walking only street. I wish I knew that before we showed up. I had to park down the street and walk to Check in. Then they told me where to park. If i knew ahead of time where to park it would have made the check in easier. Staff was very friendly and also helpful. Location was great for walking the center of the city. If I do come back to the area I would stay there again.

When I first saw the building from the outside, my impression was that it could be a simple hotel, but when I got to know the whole interior, I was very surprised. Everything is very well balanced: comfort, tranquility, friendliness, cleanliness and ecology. Excellent place, thanks to all the employees.

The hotel location is great, in the middle of the historic quarter. It is clean, the service is decent and the complimentary breakfast very convenient. The hotel lobby decor is ugly, completely disconnected from the historic flair of the city.

The hotel was centrally located with restaurants and shops easily accessible. The facilities was clean and housekeeping was on point- every day! The waitstaff in the dining room always made sure you were taken care of and the breakfasts were good, too. Everyone from checkin to check-out was helpful-if needed. Thanks for a great vacation!!

The location of the hotel is great and the staff were friendly. Breakfast can be improved. The towels are way too old and broken, for which the house keepers leave too few towels every day (only one small towel for two people and we have to ask for towels every day). Show head is too old and inconvenient to use. The toilet water will jump out when no one is using—bad sewage system. We ended up wiping the toilet seat all the time. Overall, the terrible bathroom made the whole stay very uncomfortable.

The bath towels looks old and durty the first day I have 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and the second day just the bath towels. The room is ok. They don’t have enough employees the guy who clean the table in the diningroom is the same who is in the front desk

A Holiday Inn with No Knives for Breakfast! The toaster was a residential one! Breakfast was included, Not even an American Breakfast! Never Again! And it’s my second time there! Will. Ever never refer This Hotel to anyone!
