Nos encanto nuestra estadía en este hotel la habitación limpia,el servicio muy amable,atentos,desde la recepción y el personal que sirve el desayuno que por cierto es básico pero perfecto para comenzar el día, la arquitectura del hotel y la decoración muy bonito me encantó ver arte de Frida un lugar muy acogedor está es la 3ra vez que me hospedo y lo volvería hacer, 100% recomendado. The hotel was not bad but the room felt dirty the towels were stained the sheets were stained.the pillows smelled bad and there was no tv service. It was out of the way and at night there was nothing to do. But what really disappointed was the notice that was at the door that said the charges if you stained their towels or sheets We came Here because they said their breakfast was really good and it was not! The hotel has potential but it definitely misses the mark. Had to book a different hotel.

The hotel is very basic. The entrance is quite run down. Staff is friendly and helpful. The mattress was worn out. Lights were old and didn’t all work. We had everything that we needed, but it was not luxury.

The area is not the most attractive or safe feeling if you are traveling with kids. Parking was great. Rooms are not Spacious if you are traveling with kids. They will only provide 2 small towels and are not good at providing more unless u give them back asap, weird. Even though breakfast is included it’s very limited and cold. No bar or food accommodation in area or convenient restaurants near . I would stay closer to Montejo area.

For the price point there's a lot to love and little to complain about. While it may be a bit dated it holds nice colonia style, the property and the rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You're very close to all the action but I will note the streets are very busy in this area for pedestrians and cars. You're very close to all the action and amenities in and around the main plaza. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would book it again.
