Hotel complaint

Our check in was easy. This morning at 8am we woke up to maintenance on the elevator, not to fix it but for aesthetics. They were sanding it really loud at 8am and there was a mess in front of the elevator. The elevator was still usable. Upon coming up from breakfast and walking off the elevator the person sanding had a full face wrap and all the same shavings had blown on us. Which for one most likely is not safe and for 2 is not pleasant to get all that in your face. When trying to shower there was no hot water. It was cold and lukewarm at most. When talking to the front desk they were of no help.

The hotel itself was modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff that we encountered were very friendly and seemed happy to be there! That says a lot in these times. We will definitely be back!

Everything was very convenient in terms of shopping/dining! Not much of any noise throughout the night either.

I enjoyed my stay! It was peaceful. The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, and the area that the hotel is in is definitely prime for shopping and eating, so that was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.
