Great! The only mark-down was the ice machines were not working on the 3rd and 4th floor. Our room was on the 4th floor. Don’t know about 2nd floor ice machine—- we just went down to 1st floor to get ice.

Our bathroom was dirty but we didn’t realize that until the morning when we opened the shower curtain and there was a comb and wet washcloth in the shower. The lobby was dirty with grass clippings. The hallways were dirty as well. Overall, not impressed. We expect better from a Hampton.

Check in person was friendly but I was unsure why other guest got a welcome gift and my husband and I didn’t. Also we didn’t even have a full roll of toilet paper in our room. Normally where we stay in the past they always have an extra roll in the bathroom.

The check in was good. The room was nice, but the hallway was flooded right in front of our room. The pool had a bunch of load mouth rude folks. The breakfast was good. The beds were great!!

Found a chicken bone under mattress when checking for bed bugs. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless push hard. The bathroom door won’t lock. Tv color was very off. No shampoo in the dispenser. Gray dust all over floor. No milk for cereal. The staff are nice and the place is in safe area.
