When we arrived to the hotel, we checked in. Then, we went to our room. There was no light. I called to ask abd was informed that the card key has to be inserted on a box next to the wall. Why was not informed before.

Hector at the front desk was very professional and friendly and got me a great room! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The dinner was tasty and the female server was very pleasant. My only suggestion is to give a larger food portion. The pool and outside area was kept clean. Nice hotel.
