Important Note

The building has 4 floors and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. We do not have an elevator. This apartment is offered with one room available, although it can also be offered with 2 rooms available if required.

Guest Access:
• Parking: The building does not have its own parking lot. There is a public parking lot half a block away and Atlixco Street is not metered, so it is likely that you will find available space.
• Communication: We are always available through Airbnb messages to provide you with recommendations, guidance or information you need to improve your experience.
• Amenities: All rooms are equipped with tower fans. In addition, we have SmartTV with streaming services.
• Additional Services: We offer cleaning service during your stay for an additional cost. The house includes a washing machine, bathtub and shower with hot water.
• Accommodations: The main room has two double beds and in the living room there is a double sofa bed. We also have an inflatable mattress upon request and subject to availability.
• Extras: Drinks and snacks are offered in the refrigerator for an additional cost, perfect for a midnight snack or upon your arrival.
• Rules: The space is smoke-free and has a family atmosphere. Parties are not allowed.
