Room was great and such a beautiful place. Truth be told is that the hospitality of this place was second to none. They treated us like family and that goes beyond words. Loved the crew. You won’t be disappointed.

My teenage son and I enjoyed our stay at Hive Roma - the location is superb, room is decent size, and we had a great view from our room on the 10th. Room was overall clean and the small kitchenette, full fridge, and a table with two chairs came in handy to have some breakfast there. Good sized bathroom with spacious vanity space and rain shower with good water pressure and temperature helped ease our fatigue after long days. That said, there were some negatives - I'll group these into 2 categories: 1. Improvements needed, 2. Complaints First for the improvements - while hotel tried to think of every needs, it's curiously missing some obvious things. For example, kitchenette doesn't have its own light not on ceiling nor under cabinet. If you want guests to prepare simple meals... why wouldn't you put light? We had to rely on hall and bathroom light to see better especially in evenings. Bar soap and tray was missing from bathroom - when mentioned, we were told to just use body wash. Inconvenient to have to use both hands each time to squeeze... soap isn't much, invest in a soap and soap tray. Shower door is too close to floor so the foot dry towel gets caught every time we opened the door. Also, hair dryer wasn't in the room so I had to ask for it and though advertised as a thing, the nespresso coffee machine wasn't in the room and mysteriously appeared on our second to last day so I got to enjoy only on the last morning. These are minor issues, but sets the tone on the level

Hotel room had exposed wire on the ceiling, all the linens, sheets, and towels smelt of mildew, and our bedsheets had so much hair in them as if they hadn’t been washed since the last guest stayed there. Only good thing about this place was the location.

1.) location- we walked a LOT of places & everywhere uber was very affordable compared to the US. However you hear honks/horns almost ~20 hours a day if you have trouble sleeping with noise, its not for you 2.) safety- again we walked outside into the early morning and had no issues whatsoever 3.) staff- friendly upon check in & able to hold bags if you arrive before your room is ready 4.) rooms- housekeeping daily, cute layout with balcony. However beds could definitely be more comfortable. Beds were like full size, def smaller then queen Would recommend to friends/family.

Staff was very kind and courteous. Huge room with a fridge, microwave, and tableware. However it's clear this hotel is in development and there are a lot of odd choices: -- Room lighting is very uneven. The desk is in a corner that has no lights. Almost all of the lights are recessed, including in the bathroom. -- Bathroom layout is strange. Nowhere to hang a washcloth. The towel bar is not reachable from the shower. The bath mat can't be in front of the shower or the door won't open. No fan. -- This hotel has, truly, no amenities other than a gym. There are no public/shared spaces, no restaurant or bar. Location is very loud; sleep was difficult even with earplugs.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. The location is great, but the building is right next to main roads. Loud traffic noise until 2am kept us from getting good night sleep. After 3rd night, we had to ask to change the room and they moved us to 9th floor, which had lesser traffic noise. If you are looking for a quite hotel, book at your own risk.

First, the staff were incredible and very friendly!!!! Location is great. Very noisy place. You do not get much sleep with people coming and going as walls/doors very thin. We chose a balcony for beautiful view of city. It was beautiful but door needs to be high impact as ambulances, honking, police cars, people hollering all night for the 4 nights we were there.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room had everything we needed. The location was perfectly in the center with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars everything was walking distance. The staff was super friendly especially Gerardo. Gerardo was super friendly and attentive. We called for the hair blow dryer and they immediately brought it up. The room itself was clean. I would definetly stay here again.
