This hotel is right across the street from two major banks' headquarters, so staying there for business is perfect. The rooms are comfy and the views to the city are great. All in all it is a perfect hotel for the weary business traveler.

Mejorar el gimnacio

Estoy muy contento con las instalaciones del hotel el desayuno la calidad de los alimentos y el servicio. Como punto de mejora, el gimnasio tiene un fuerte olor a humedad pareciera que el producto de limpieza está deteriorando el piso de caucho. En el gimnasio falta un teléfono para comunicarse a la recepción. En el gimnasio hace falta de colocar el control de los televisores para encenderlo. En el gimnasio faltan más accesorio como balones medicinales, balón de yoga, mat etcétera. En el área del gimnasio y en el piso número 1, no hay sanitarios, se requiere salir del piso al restaurante o en la habitación. En el gimnasio hay falta de ventilación. Malísimo, nunca nos avisaron que no servía el aire hasta que ya estabamos muertos de calor, el room service el peor 40 min para avisarme que no tenían una cerveza, los alimentos horribles y se tardaron casi 2 horas en subirlo, la comunicacion fatal, necesitan muchísima capacitacion, una tristeza de servicio

This property is a 2-star at best. Stayed for 10 nights due to a local event we were participating in, and there was no operating air conditioning, my room on the 4th floor faced and was eye level with an overpass freeway (noisy as hell), no fridge in the room so I had to store my small foods at reception, and numerous mornings where they refused to provide any bread at the breakfast room with my Continental breakfast package. On top of this, only two staff members in the whole hotel could speak any English so I needed to continually use my translation app to converse and to translate the food menu - so many foreigners staying at the hotel the same time so you'd think the hotel could provide more English speaking staff. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The area has nothing but office buildings surrounding and one shopping mall about 15 minute walk away, but we were told do not walk outside at night in the area.

Terrible hotel. Rooms were hot. Air conditioning was set at 23c in room. They said it was getting fixed. Never did for a whole week. Breakfast was always out of food. Waiters not helpful and had to ask for everything even coffee and milk. Bed was not good. Never stay there again.
