The front desk customer services can be improved greatly, not friendly & courteous. We booked several rooms with 3 people per suite but can only have one room card when asked. Courtesy water bottle per day was so difficult to ask. We love the hotel and would come back but please front desk customer services can be better! Thank you greatly!

I really enjoyed my stay- everything was great overall! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was good, and the location was very convenient. My only small suggestions would be to provide a little more toilet paper (at least one roll per guest) and maybe an extra bath towel. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I’d definitely stay again!

Amazing

This is my fourth time I stay here and every time I stay is amazing. The staff are really nice and make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are so clean too. Breakfast is getting better too, they have alot options. I will definitely come back here every time I visit Mexico City.

The attention of the people in the lobby leaves a lot to be said, since when I arrived to check in, the guy who helped me did it in a bad way. I understand that I arrived 6 hours before check in and I understand that there is an extra charge for entering before check in time, but what I did not like is that I told him that I had a reservation but that I had arrived a few hours earlier than I expected, to which he told me that the room was not available, but that he would give me one if I paid $ 745 Mexican pesos because the check in time was at 3 and I was arriving early, but he said it to me in a bad way, besides he only wanted to give me 1 key for the room, when they have always given me 2, since I travel 1 to 2 times a year and I always stay at that hotel but on this occasion I did not like the attention of the staff, everyone is rude and answers in a bad way, Another thing, the toilet wasn't working properly since it has 2 buttons to flush little water and another to flush a lot of water, one button worked and the other didn't. I wanted to call reception to report this problem and I had to go down from the 3rd floor to the lobby because it turns out that the phone that was in my room didn't work either.
