DO NOT STAY THERE!! Roach infested hotel, bed bugs, restaurant always closed, NO HVAC AT ALL and it’s hot!! Front desk staff is rude. DO NOT STAY THERE!! Nothing like the pictures. It’s all false advertisement. To top it off, it’s in the worse area of town. Please investigate the area for yourself and convince yourself that you will not be safe.

It was my first time visiting Mexico City and we had a good experience. The hotel was accommodating and the next day they held our luggage since our flight was late evening and we really appreciated that because it gave us more time to get to know the city. They offered to call a taxi to get us to the airport and overall I would stay there again.
