I don't know who are these people leaving good reviews, because this place was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The area was awful, was told by 3 different Uber drivers to be VERY CAREFUL. The room was not air conditioned and had a strong smell of cigarettes! Staff was not helpful or knowledgeable. No places to eat around and very far from city metro stations. Finally, I wasn't even able to get that "free breakfast" because I had to leave to the airport and I had been waiting 1.5 hours without getting anytbing! Just an awful experience... Never again!!

Reservamos en este hotel por la cercanía al autódromo hermanos Rodríguez, parecía un hotel normal pero al llegar nos dio la impresión que era más bien un motel, ya que tiene servicio por estancia corta de 4 horas que normalmente se utiliza para parejas, reservamos una habitación doble pero no tenían y nos dieron dos habitaciones, al día siguiente llegaron unos familiares y ya no tenían habitaciones normales y nos dieron una con un tubo lo que reafirmó nuestra sospecha de que era un motel para parejas más que un hotel, las instalaciones están muy viejas incluso sábanas rotas y cortinas sucias, la zona muy peligrosa de acuerdo a pláticas con los choferes de ubers, afortunadamente todo salió bien pero no volveríamos a ese lugar, las personas de la recepción amables

Got no breakfast when it said included,I went to a different state during my stay n came back a week later n asked to unlock my room and they locked at me crazy n said that room is unavailable due to maintenance and that they didn’t see my reservation,went on about 30 mins until a maintenance guy helped me out n started telling him to look good and finally they did but they gave me a new room and they said they didn’t know where my stuff were at n would need come back next morning to so the cleaning lady ,my passports were missing and I had my flight next day

The place is clean and the staff is really nice. However, unfortunately, the area where it's located is not safe — walking around can be very dangerous. Police vans pass by every 10 minutes, which shows how risky it is. For your own safety, use only Uber, although sometimes the drivers may cancel the ride.

This location was pretty clean compared to the outside of the hotel. Bad location with nothing much i noticed around for travels to do. No ac but a good location in the winter to stay

Okay Stay.

Located within 15 minutes of airport. Walking distance to many food restaurants. Wholesale shops located within a few blocks. Don't expect to get much sleep at night if you in a room facing the street. Street food vendor was open until 5a.m. with loud music. Room needs some updating. Floor panels were lifting. The beds are comfortable. Also no A/C in rooms.
