We're located just 15 minutes away from the historic center with easy access to public transport and Uber. We have over 6 years of experience providing memorable experiences to our guests and provide the best guest service in town.

The apartment has a Living Room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and service area. All kitchen utensils, sheets, and towels provided, as well as soap, shampoo, toilet paper and conditioner. We have a 300Mbps Wifi speed with same download/upload speed, perfect for work, streaming, gaming or download heavy files.

The condominium has 24 hour security, elevator and we have a parking spot available on-demand to our guests (only for sedans or cars with up to 1.57m in height).

Our neighbourhood

The apartment is situated exactly between the historic center and the Santa Maria La Ribera neighbourhood. You can visit the Monumento a La Revolución, Kiosko de Santa Maria La Ribera and the Historic Center itself.
