The hotel lie about having free shuffle from the airport. Then they knew that there will be no power from 10 am and they did not notify us before renting the room Then they put us o a room where we weren’t able to sleep because of the steet noise Actually be careful with this last part - the hotel is located in an area with too much noise so you won’t be able to sleep at alll at it is not only the noise also the rooms shake becaue of it The customer service is horrible the staff are entitled people who thinks they are too much for you and do not care at all for the guest I am not comming back to this place

Check in staff at the desk were great. The first room were given the floors were dirty. 2nd room we cleaned but the toilet would not stop running after flushed, the staff had that repaired before we returned from dinner. The location is great

The property is nice and staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. We booked this hotel based on many reviews which mentioned how quiet it was. Our first night (Christmas night —everything was closed), was super restful and quiet. We booked a junior suit and had 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows. The following 2 nights were horrendous! There is an open-air bar/club next door to the hotel and they are not shy about turning up the music! Our room was on the 9th floor and we could hear the music clearly even with a white noise app on my phone and ear plugs. Anyway, if you are sensitive to noise, ask not to face the pool (its in the direction of the bar).

The room was clean. The staff were professional and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfection. The bar was underwhelming. Probably the worst martini I have ever had. ( black olives as a garnish) No fault of your property but, a rooftop bar below us had loud music until 3:00 am in the morning.

Staff was friendly and the rooms themself were nice and clean but the first night there was a club playing loud bass music till 4am. We were able to switch rooms the next night to a smaller but quieter room although the heat didn't work and we were so cold. They sent blankets and heaters which helped a bit but was still unacceptable. The area was not the best but close enough to walk or uber to nicer areas. Another issue was they sent maintenance men unannounced to fix a light but they smelled of chemicals and proceeded to move the bed and touch all the bedding. I spoke with the manager for compensation which I am still waiting to hear back from. I would never stay here again.

The room was nice and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very good. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars was the very loud music that came from a rooftop bar nearby and went on till 4 or 5 am at weekends. The manager needs to address that with the city and the police.
