The 3rd-floor apartment offers a modern, comfortable, and luminous space featuring five comfortable bedrooms.

When you don’t feel like going out to eat, there’s a fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In it, you will find a Maïm water filter for hot or cold purified water whenever you need it.



There’s a big dining table to enjoy your meal or co-work together! The apartment has big windows that open to let in sunlight and fresh air. There’s also a washer and dryer in the laundry area.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment, except for the owner’s closet, which is locked and off-limits to guests.

Getting Around:

The property is approximately 19 km (11 miles) from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).



We offer transportation for an extra fee if you're not driving, just contact us in advance to arrange it. You can use authorized taxis in the airport or hire private car services or rideshares like Uber and DiDi in the city. Always agree on the fare before starting the journey and carry local currency (Mexican Pesos) for payment.



The apartment has an indoor parking lot where you’ll have one spot available. The valet/doorman will take your car and park it. If you park outside, just be mindful to pay the parking meter. You need to pay at the parking kiosk first and display your ticket otherwise, the city will immobilize your vehicle with a tire lock.

Please note check out is 10 am. Late check-out with an additional charge can only be confirmed the night before the departure. Extending beyond this time without any advance notice will result in a penalty fee.



- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. All access instructions for the property will be provided on the check-in date, following the completion of the rental agreement online.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Please be mindful of water consumption as there is a critical water shortage in Mexico City. The property is equipped with a boiler. To ensure hot water availability for all guests, we kindly request that showers be taken in a staggered manner rather than simultaneously.

- The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Smoking marijuana is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 USD fine.

- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 8 PM. Please respect the neighbors.

- Please do not attempt to open the owner’s closet. It is to remain locked for the duration of your stay.

- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and more. Please note that these are not replenished when they run out.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- To ensure availability, please request baby amenities at least 48 hours before your arrival.

- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.



Interaction with Guests:

When you arrive, the doorman will let you into the building. The property is accessed using a door code. Any codes and access information will be sent to you before your arrival.
