Voyage en famille avec de jeunes enfants
Points faibles : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s et Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement.
On nous avait louĂ© un 100 mĂštres carrĂ© sur l’annonce , on s’est retrouvĂ© avec un studio de 40 mĂštres carrĂ© ! Le manager devait nous rembourser une partie ou nous changer d’appartement , on attend toujours ! Pas de climatisation avec une chaleur Ă©touffante ! TrĂšs bruyant . 2 minutes d’eau chaude pour une douche ! Rien ne va dans ces appartements ! Une horreur totale 😝

Had an absolute blast! The loft was absolutely beautiful and we had the best time in mexico. Had the best city views, and was super close to all the exciting and fun activities/ Shops.

Was a pefect stay! Nice and close to everything and affordable in a more quite part of Condesa. Not too far yet not too close with a 7-eleven around the corner which was convinient. Would recommend.

In expedia it says two rooms (only one) it mentions a sofa bed but it is way too small even if it a sofa bed. I had issues communicating with the host and reached out for multiples days and only after support called them multiple times did they appear and send the information that according to them they had sent. During our stay I mentioned that the remotes for the tv and fire tv didn’t have any batteries and then someone from the building management just came in to the apartment without knocking or notice at 9pm ti give us the batteries. There was no shower gel and I pointed this out as well but it was not refilled. There is very little to no sound isolation as we were woken up every morning to them cleaning other apartments or other guests just moving around also at night it was hard to sleep for the same reason. There is a window but it looks out into a ugly internal square of cement as well as the windows of other people in the building so we couldn’t open the blinds in our whole stay. Once the batteries were provided the remotes themselves did not work. Overall it seemed pretty clean but I saw two cockroaches on the day I was leaving. The surrounding area is great with good options nearby for anything needed but it seemed s bit unsafe twice when coming back after 8pm as there were people drinking on the street. There is mold on the bathroom and on one of the walls in the living room attached to the bathroom (wallpaper is peeling off in the furthest corner of it).

Almost perfect


We had a problem with the hot water from the shower. Even after the manager came to see it, and I thought it was corrected. It really wasn’t. Not only it takes a loooong time for the water to get hot, we had to implement tricks to be able to shower comfortably. We had to turn on the bathroom faucet to let it run so the pressure would tell the water heater we wanted hot water. I even had to warm up a pot of water and mix it with the cold water from the bucket to wash ourselves. Other that that all was great from decor, to location, to management.
