Upon arrival we ordered room service and it didn’t arrive as asked (2 Caesar’s Salad with chicken but there was no chicken) The room was extremely noisy, just above the noisy streets of Mexico City We left the room at 8:30 am on Tuesday and got back at 4:00 pm just to find that the room wasn’t made The main restaurant was closed for renovations

Courteous staff and good breakfast, especially enjoyed the Mexican treats. Nearby restaurants were also delicious. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our AC did not work despite it being quite loud. We did not have a restful night during our stay due to hot room.
