The place was very clean but the noise level was really bothersome and the hot water wasn’t enough for 2 taking a shower we were there for 3 nights and there wasn’t enough coffee pods for the morning and no market close by to buy the pods if I knew I would have brought my own at least

Overall, great location. Our room was very clean and well-kept. Facilities were nice as well. Only complaint is that it can be quite loud at night from the traffic below- despite being on the 11th floor, we could still hear everything. Also, there is only an AC unit in the bedroom, not in the kitchen/living room area so it can get quite hot if the door isn't kept open. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Good location, friendly staff. Would stay again, but maybe not in a studio as you can hear people in the hallway coming back from their night outs when trying to sleep; so i recommend getting a 1bed if you are concerned about noise. Good to know: house keeping cost 400MX$, so I only requested to clean the place once during my week stay. You will also need to get your own washing up liquid/sponge if you want to use the kitchen to wash your dishes.

Great location, traffic sounds are loud

We stayed here for three nights in April and the location was very central for Roma Norte and Condessa neighborhoods. There are so many close restaurants that have fabulous food. The hotel was nice - the room was spacious and clean. Some standout things about the room - nice kitchen area with a filtered water tap, Nespresso coffee maker, good AC units. And the staff was always engaging and polite. The difficult thing was the extreme noise that came from the busy intersection in front of the hotel - honking and sirens continuously, even in the middle of the night. (We understand that this is not something the hotel can control.) If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. :-)

My experience at ULIV Mexico City was beyond wonderful. Everyone at the front desk helped me check-in properly, get taxis, they recommended places for great food... I could go on. The hotel cleaning service responded quickly and kindly when I needed toilet paper. The rooftop is beautiful and peaceful. This hotel and staff deserves 10 stars.

A total disappointment

We were not prepared for the horrible street noise, the lack of air conditioning in the sitting room, the refusal to give us 2 packs of sugar for the coffee, the refusal to give us more hand soap, toilet paper because “it’s only part of welcoming pack”, the broken broom so we were unable to keep the room at a minimum cleanness-after all cleaning service is done Only once every 7 days.
