Ame todo de este hotel, nada de complicado para hacer check in y check out. Súper simple cuando sales y entres el edificio. Otra cosa fácil cuando ordenes el uber y cercas de todo. I really liked my stay here would definitely come again. Workers were super nice and very centered of all the attractions which made traveling around the city simple.

Comfortable Experience

Checking into this hotel was a breeze. Any questions that I had, were answered promptly. They were able to provide a space heater for us at a moments notice and we were eternally grateful after coming in from an afternoon drenched in the cold rain. Christopher and all other personnel at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

En general, todo bien. Únicamente el tapete de la habitación estaba muy muy sucio, se ve que nunca lo han lavado. También hay que tomar en cuenta que la habitación no tiene ventanas, se puede sentir muy encerrada.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our overnight stay here. Staff was exemplary and very welcoming, even after check out I accidentally forgot my necklace in the hotel room and Christopher the hotel manager helped me to retrieve it immediately, jewelry was still in the room. I am so greatful for the staff there.I will definitely be staying there in my future trip to Mexico City. Location is perfect, short walk to famous museums, zoo and park. Thank you for the wonderful stay there

Rooftop definitely needs some maintenance, it didn’t look like a place I wanted to go into. Gym could use some better equipment as well, but overall it was a decent place to stay in.
