This two bedroom apartment is located in the center of Mexico City's culinary and artistic neighborhood, Condesa. Perfect for cycling, it is the home for an increasing number of international professionals relocating to Mexico.
The Space:
This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located in an entirely renovated building with fresh atmosphere, having amazing facilities such as Smart TV at the living space, king and queen beds, coffee maker, bathrooms with towels provided, a fully equipped kitchen, unique decoration, balcony and cozy spaces.
Please note this apartment is part of a complex with multi-units. The apartment you stay in may differ slightly from the pictures you see but will have a similar layout and the same amenities.
Guest Access:
Building has security and offers self check-in.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbors tend to run, take their pets for a walk, sit down to have an ice cream, watch the sunsets or read the newspaper. The park was the entrance of the disappeared Hippodrome of the Countess, since the Hacienda de la Condesa was located there, a prosperous property of the Countess of Miravalle where herds were raised and corn and magueyes were planted.
Getting Around:
We recommend using UBER for transportation.

Let me preface this by saying that I have stayed in many places in CDMX. Iâve been many times, and am aware of whatâs out there. We chose this specific apt for its location - literally the only reason. Check-in process was a bit wonky, but we got all the codes and everything worked. It doesnât seem like this place changes codes between guests, which is a HUGE SAFETY CONCERN. It would be better if they installed a deadbolt or some other kind of lock on the inside door of the apartment, but they havenât.
Beatiful property, location, and apartment. We travel to Mexico City for business often and this place was perfect for us. The apartment is so spacious, I didn't miss home much. We will for sure stay here again in the near future. Restaurants are so close and very good. The parks nearby were gorgeous. Perfect location for family stays too.
There was some jelly on the floor when we got into the home. Better Job at cleaning the Unit. A MAJOR issue was the fact that there were NO washcloths in the home. When we inquired, they said that they don't offer washcloths. We had to go try and find a washcloth and we couldn't find any, not even at Walmart express. This was a HUGE inconvenience. The home accommodates 4 people, and only two hand towels were provided, and we were told there would be a charge to get additional hand towels or bath towels. We believe FIRMLY that adequate washcloths and hand towels and bath towels should be provided at a luxury home. We hope that management at Wynwood House makes these adjustments.
This properly is horribly mismanaged and they also run a scam on travelers. They reached out to me prior to my check in asking me to look from lost item from previous guest (air pods) to which I was happy to assist⊠I contacted them immediately upon my arrival to let them know I couldn't find them (their housekeeping also couldnât find it)âthat evening a man showed up at my door relentlessly knocking wanting to gain access! I contacted the host and they informed me it was the previous guest! He gained access to the building as they do not change access codes!! Horrible safety issue!! And this wasnât all! During my stay BOTH bathrooms needed servicing because they cheaply rigged the chains on toilet to plastic ties⊠then, THEN: TWO WEEKS after checkout they charged my credit card for $24 claiming they found a âstainâ on one of the towels!! ASININE!! Scammers and horrible safety concerns at this location! Honestly the worst stay Iâve ever had in Mexico-a true shame!
We loved the location of this Vrbo! Super safe, green, and close to loads of restaurants, cafes & things to do. The WiFi was fast and we liked the two separate living areas (the photos show one sofa but there are two). Note that there is no AC (not common in CDMX it seems) but the bedrooms have portable fans. Also note you can definitely hear road noise even with the doors/windows fully closed. The building was very safe with multiple codes required to enter and we loved having an elevator for our luggage. Before visiting Juan was slow with replying to messages but easy to contact & engage with during our stay.
The apt was clean but dusty because of drought. We could have used a Swiffer to clean every day. The location was perfect for access to all locations we wanted. However, it was on a noisy street. The kitchen was great and we had a ping pong table. The balcony was wonderful.
The on-site manager, Javier, was very helpful and pleasant.
