The Space:

Comfortable two-bedroom apartment, each with a queen-size bed, plus a single sofa bed in the common area—perfect for small groups or families. The medium-sized bathroom is functional, and the living area includes a TV and a small outdoor patio with a dining table, ideal for enjoying the mild weather.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishware for four, and basic cooking utensils—everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the loft and private patio. The building offers a private entrance for added privacy. Professional cleaning is included before check-in.

Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out

Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity

After 22hrs loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level

Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation

No food in the bedrooms

Not allowed to climb on the couches with shoes

Keep the volume low, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.. No loud parties or gatherings are allowed.
