The hotel is fantastic, the staff is friendly, the food is great, it is clean. Would absolutely stay there again. Zocalo Plaza however is very noisy and is shut down for protests or demonstrations for some part of almost every day, just be aware of that if you are staying in downtown.

The staff was lovely and the complementary breakfast was 5 star. I would stay there again . Right across from the 3rd largest square after Russia and China.
