Amazing Miami apartment with beautiful views

This unit has an amazing open view, with a complete kitchen with dishwasher, dinning room, living room with a large and comfortable coach so that two little ones can sleep, a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. It also has it´s own AC so you can regulate your right temperature and wahser and dryear machine to make your own laundry for free.
It´s an special unit for a regular familly of four, maximum two adults and two children. We can always offer an inflatable mattress if you need more beds.

If for any reason you need to check in after 22:00 hs you should contact us to schedule the after time checkin.

Hallandale Beach is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood.
This exclusive and family-friendly beach is now one of the best located, in north Miami Beach.
2 Minutes walk distance to the beach or with the building shuttle so you don´t need to walk at all! The building has a shuttle service to the beach every 5 minutes.
Close to US1, quick access to I-95, Miami and fort lauderdale airport.
You can park in front of the apartment at the Walmart for free and cross under the bridge to reach the Lobby.
There are shuttle services to the airport, sawgrass mills, south beach and diffrent tourist points.
The apartment has a laundry: washing and drying machines, inside the property. No need to pay or insert coins.
Please note this is a NON SMOKING ANYTHING place. Smokers fines are pretty high.
We do love animals, however PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in our apartment.

- Non-Smoking rule violation: USD 200
- Pet-free rule violation: USD 200
- Maximum of permitted people: USD 200 per night
If anything breaks: please communicate immediately with home-admin, so they can help you find replacements. Otherwise item broken will be reported and price of item+shipping+service will be charged to your account.

.- Self Parking (3 night minimum) $25 plus Tax per day. Long term self parking (7-30 nights) $175 plus tax. Valet $35 plus tax per day.
