> Bedrooms #3 & #4: Two Queen-size beds, closet, and TV each.
> Bedroom #5 (Kids Room): Three Queen beds, private attached bathroom, kitchen, fridge, and TV. This room is in a remodeled garage, still have garage door. The isolation (noise and temperature) is good though, no concern here.

> Parking: Ample driveway parking. Do not park on sidewalks or neighbor's spots.
> Pets: Allowed; please notify us in your initial message.
