Beautiful home in the heart of Miami that's perfect for your getaway! Our home offers a bright, comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious living room and dining area perfect for gathering. Large windows fill the home with natural light, creating an airy, inviting atmosphere. Centrally located, you're close to all of the major neighborhoods in Miami. Whether you're here to explore the city or relax, you'll love the unbeatable location.
The home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a bathroom. There are workstations in two of the bedrooms that have monitors to use with your laptop if you're working remotely. All four bedrooms feature blackout cellular shades, fresh linens, TVs and mirrors. All bathrooms include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as fresh towels.
The three main common areas - living room, kitchen and dining room - are all connected which makes gathering easy and comfortable.
The living room has plenty of seating space as well as a small library that has books as well as a record player and bluetooth speakers. It is very cozy to sit and read while you drink some coffee in the morning. There is also a TV for a movie night or to watch the big game together. In the TV stand you can also find board games to enjoy.
The kitchen is fully stocked for making meals at home. There are dining sets (plates, bowls, mugs, cups, cutlery) for eight people. We have a drip coffee maker, blender and toaster as well as a fully functioning oven and microwave. The fridge is plenty spacious and features a water and ice dispenser.
Our backyard is shared with an in-law suite (fully detached, with its own entrance through the side gate). It has a grill and patio seating for cook outs. There is an extra fee for the use of the grill so we can maintain it pristine for our guests.
The front of the house has a driveway big enough for two cars and parking on the street is free. We have an electric car charger that is available for a small daily fee - very convenient if you rent/drive an electric car and want to charge it overnight.
Our neighborhood, Shenandoah, is located central to all of the places we recommend you visit while in Miami. Here are some of the top places to visit that are all within 20 minutes (driving) from Casa Contesse:

Its quiet, peaceful as well as safe neighborhood. A block away we have Shenandoah Park that features basketball courts, soccer field, tennis courts, racquetball courts, baseball field and playground - all free. It has an aquatic center with an olympic sized swimming pool you can access for a fee. Its a perfect place for an evening stroll or to take a break from touring the city. We've left a tub with different sports equipment for you to take advantage of. If you're into pickleball there are several parks close by that are free to play, just drop us a line and we will give you the details.
If you're off to the beach (definitely one of the highlights of the city!) we have beach towels, beach umbrellas and beach chairs (four of them) for you to enjoy. Miami Beach is almost always at the top of everyone's favorite places to visit! We can also recommend parts of the beach to visit based on your vibes - chill, party, family friendly, etc.
