Our beautiful Guest house sits privately, separated from our circa 1920's recently remodeled Old Spanish Villa. Enjoy walks on the golf course or a scenic 30 minute walk will take you to downtown Coral Gables and Miracle Mile for shopping, dining and entertaining. A few minutes away from the Miami Airport and the beaches.
The space
Our Guest house is unique because it is located in a beautiful Old Spanish Villa surrounded by fabulous ancient trees and a spectacular garden. It is very airy, cozy and totally private. It's the perfect retreat yet only minutes from Miracle Mile and 15-20 minutes to Miami Beach!

Eating Area:

Fully furnished kitchen with set of cookware and dinnerware for four persons.

Apple airport extreme WiFi router with 250Mbps internet connection.
Apple TV with Samsung LED 4K 55'' screen.

Seating and bed area:

Vintage yet contemporary comfortable sofa with great view of the backyard, perfect for those sunny and relaxing evenings.
Modani type queen bed with black beauty rest rated mattress which receive professional sterilizing treatment every 90 days as well as the rest of the furniture.

Bathroom area:

Wall to wall walk in type closet with 8 hanging rods, Iron and Ironing Board.
Shelving for footwear and folded clothes
Silent air extractor and dehumidifier
Hair dryer
Space under shelving for your luggage to be put away
Medicine and first aid kit
Shampoo and conditioner for normal hair

We do not have a safe box. Please don't leave any diamonds or gold bars laying around!

Guest access:

The entire guest house is private and yours, with your private entrance. The house's backyard is off limits but you're welcome to use any of the green areas around!
