Hotel feels unsafe from the moment you pull into the property. There's groups of people hanging out in the parking lot and hallways all times of.the night. The room seemed clean until you walked in and realized the tile was sticky and room smelled of mildew. Sheets were clean. The bathroom looked clean until you looked inside the toilet and see that half the toilet was literally covered in feces. I checked out well within 24 hours of checking in. I didn't bother talking to the front desk clerk cause clearly she had no interest in being there. Covered with a blanket at 4pm and wearing a face mask perched up on a chair. Good luck and stay elsewhere.

There was a staff member who was so wonderful. The front desk said all 1st floor rooms were taken. We got the second floor room that was all the way down the corridor. The supervisor of Room cleaning saw us struggling and said we could have a room on the first floor that she just finished cleaning. We think her name was Renee, but she was the supervisor. What an angel.

The tub was outdated with black stains, the bathroom mirror was adjusted or replaced 2 inches down where you can see the wire and nuts. The telephone was not working, there was no internet connection, had to go down to the office to put up a complaint. I would not recommend you stay at this hotel

Before I checked in, I had selected a late check it was listed as $20 until 1 o’clock when I went to check in the girl told me that the system was wrong and that they cannot honor the $20 that it’s actually more money than that therefore proceeded to tell me that it was $50 until 3 o’clock. I therefore agreed because she wouldn’t budge an honor the $20 that we originally agreed on through the app. She said that it wasn’t working. She said she would notate it and it would be done and our checkout would be at 3 o’clock, I was on a staycation for my anniversary the next morning. I proceeded to get Knox at 9 o’clock 10 o’clock and therefore by 12 o’clock we were done we got a third knock and we were out. I turned the key and I made sure that they credited me for the $50 and for the $75. I was very discouraged and my husband was very pissed off. We were really just trying to enjoy our time away and got interrupted about three or four times especially when someone tried to open the door. There needs to be better communication between the check-in in the afternoon in the morning.
