The room was clean, staff was friendly all but the shuttle driver, he begged for a tip even after receiving a $50 tip he felt like as a large group we should have tipped more so then on the second trip where he was to pick up the rest of our group he did not. He was rude to other guest and an uber driver in the parking lot and made a big scene. The receptionist says he gets complaints all the time. Was driving a van with the hotel name on it.

Our stay was a layover for our early morning flight back home from a long Italy flight. So we needed somewhere near the airport. This option offered free shuttle services to and from the airport which was a major convenience for us. CheckIn was very smooth and seamless. The room was clean, spacious and provided all of the extra little amenities that made our short stay very comfortable. We will definitely use this hotel again for longer stays in the Miami area.
