This is a bit of a party hotel. The bar pool forms part of pool party venue. Which goes on from midday to the early hours. So if you are under 21 or are taking kids you can not use the bar of pool facilities. Staff on check in were ignorant and could barely be bothered to speak to us. Location is good close to beach etc. rooms ok.

Great location, o

The hotel was advertised as having on site self-parking with cost but when we got there, we were advised they only have valet. The front desk rep was cordial and professional. The room itself was ok but had a faint smell of urine. The AC was very loud. The location is great, close to everything on south beach, even Lincoln Rd Mall was walkable.

Had a nice room but the tv and phone did not work. There was no remote to the tv at all. The hot water worked occasionally. When we first got in the room 2 out for 4 coffee pods where used and in the container, had to go down and tell the front desk. First night not hot water, told the front desk, someone came. Next morning again no hot water.

last minute stay very pleased with service

my stay here was very random I needed a place to stay with my daughter just one night after coming off a carnival cruise ship and the condo I was supposed to stay in was occupied by someone else so I booked this place minutes before checking in. the front desk guy was so nice he upgraded our room saw how stressed I was and put me right in my room at 9:30am even though check in was not until 4. very pleased with the service cleanliness and comfort of this place if I ever visit Miami and need a place to stay I would definitely book this location again.

Overall I would recommend

Really good hotel probably not best for families but not the worst choice. The staff were very friendly really nice people and the guy who checked us in Friday pm and the lady working through Friday night we’re particularly friendly It’s a really good location rooms good the corridors could do with a bit of a clean even if they got the carpet cleaned. Also would prefer large wall attached shower gel etc as the containers they provide are small and not very eco friendly Complimentary water and beach towels etc The spot is amazing and they gave us drinks vouchers for the sister hotel which were really good
