The room is advertising as a superior king, it basically is big enough for a king bed with the bathroom (which has no door) 2 feet away from the end of the bed. Someone who works there should stay in the room to experience it. It is not well maintained (a lamp was broken with exposed wires) and the doors that were supposed to create some privacy in the bathroom didn’t stay closed. No where to do your makeup, the mirror was far away and the lighting was horrible. Coffee in the morning was like mud and I was charged $11 dollars plus tax and tip so $14 for a tea! Paying 500 a night … give me a break. Just not a great or comfortable stay.

Stayed 3 nights over the holidays. Love the vibe. Very helpful staff. Room was quiet and comfortable. Pool was relaxing-very few kids. Location is excellent and you can walk to South Point if you want. One note. Street is closed in front of the hotel so had to uber a couple of blocks over and also walk with luggage to hotel. No big deal but good for future guests.

Check in was ok, but the check out was very disorganized. It seemed to bother the hotel that i wanted a paper bill detailing the parking and other extrq charges. They couldnt wven be bothered to ask if we had a good stay , they basically said checking out ? Then ok bye. ... i had to go back and request a bill which again was bithersome for them.

A good 3.5-4 star hotel. Pool is very basic, no place to hang the towels in the room, gym is limited compared to the pictures but still decent. Overall very nice hotel.

We come to SoBe Miami every year and this was our first time to stay at Hotel Victor snd we fell in love with this charming property. The staff was amazing; the location ideal; the pool and day beds overlooking the ocean were a welcomed surprise( and — our room!!!! Wow!!! Crisp, clean, spacious and gorgeous. I was with my son on this trip and will be back again — next time with my husband for a romantic get-away. Also, the room rates were so reasonable and their relationship with neighboring restaurants to receive additional discounts was a total bonus! Thanks for a great stay. We’ll be back! Cheers!

not all rooms have a (beach) view, small rooms with very high price, although the guys at the front desk were nice there was one lady (who probably had some personal issues that she was trying to deal with and was very evident when she spoke), she didnt have basic courtesy when checking-in, she was rude.. not worth paying the kind of money they charge to get treated the way she did.. SAD.. not going there again!
