This luxury mid century furnished house is certain to delight. The house is newly renovated with two large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, with queen beds suitable for 4 adults. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room seating for up to 8 people. The property offers high speed wifi, TV, ironing board and other essentials. DĂ©cor is to a high standard and the house is refurbished to a high degree.

The opulent setting of the property will serve as a great retreat regardless of your reason for traveling to Miami. The house is open plan and provides a great setting for a break. The property has a large private garden with a patio to soak up the Miami sun! Space for up to 3 cars available at front of property.

The house is in a central location, and is a short walk or drive from two very popular areas: The design district and Wynwood. Both of which are bustling with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. North and South beach are also a short drive/Uber away.

Great meeting spot for cruise.

The home was so adorable and modern. There was an issue with the HVAC and a bit of order from a wet floor. But still better than a stuffy hotel for 4 adults. Issues happen that cannot be helped.

Whoever decorated this house did an amazing job and the outside area is great, but that’s where the good stops. Day of check in the house was over 80 degrees until about 2am it finally got below 80. The hall bathroom tub wouldn’t stop up for a bath and then wouldn’t drain the water as you showered. The bathroom on the master was every bit of 90 degrees the entire time. AND THE SMELL IN THE HOUSE IS AWFUL. It reminded me of when a rodent dies in an air vent or under the house. My bath and body works candle wouldn’t touch the smell and my clothes ended up smelling like it after leaving.

5 stars all the way

Great location and minimal noise. We were directly down the street from local eateries and shopping. The interior was clean and well maintained. We were there with our family and everyone was very comfortable. We would reccommend this location to everyone.

Cute house

Very cute house near shopping area and art district. On a main street, but when inside can’t hear street noise. The actual neighborhood is in the process of being gentrified so probably not somewhere to walk at night, but it wasn’t an issue at all and the house has a security system so I felt comfortable staying there. Jonathan was a great host. He was super easy to communicate with and he gave us lots of recommendations of great places to go nearby.

Great spot in Miami!

This space was beyond our expectations! Such a cute house, well decorated and clean. We had a girls weekend here and the space was just perfect. The design district is a great area to be in with lots of options for food and drink. Jonathan was very attentive and made check in and check out very smooth. Will recommend this place to anyone coming to Miami for a short visit or a lengthy stay.

Security and Luxury!!

Property is a dime behind closed doors! We were a group of 4 girls and had an amazing time. The house was full of goodies for the bathrooms, beach and so on! Plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable! Back yard is amazing and calming with privacy plants all around the property and comfy seats to lounge in! Jon was awesome, we had a very small mishap with the key pad on the last night we were there but he showed up 2 minutes after getting off the phone with him! 10/10 experience would definitely rent this property again!

Immaculate Design District retreat

Beautifully decorated home. One of the cleanest places that I've ever stayed at. Location perfect for design district, airport and highway access to the beach. So comfortable that we even stayed in, cooked a dinner and watched a movie! Excellent communication with the host.

Nice place to stay close to Miami Design District

It seems that the house was recently refurbished. It is charming, with a cool and big kitchen, new appliances and all you need to prepare your meals. There are lots of fancy decor objects, modern bathrooms, quality towels and bed linens, mattresses, chairs, sofas are all comfortable. Pictures in the announcement represent well the reality of the house itself. And there is a lovely patio in the rear of the house. The location is also good, near to the new and vibrant Miami Design District. The house is in front of the North Avenue, which is quite noisy. It is a nice place to stay. We will consider staying here again. Thank you, Jonathan.
